| Mark McNamara has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chemistry). He has worked in the engineering technology and environmental services field, providing contracting, project management and technology management services. He managed the construction and subsequent commissioning of the Hydrodec plant in 2004. Previously he was employed for ten years by the Clough Engineering Ltd group and was responsible for the formation, strategic direction and management of their environment technology and engineering subsidiary. |

| Rodger Sargent ACA is the co-founder and finance director of Coliseum Group plc, the AIM quoted sports bar and restaurant business and is non-executive director of TMT Group plc. He was also a founder and the finance director of Sports Internet Group plc, In Technology plc and Sports Resource Group Limited. He was a non-executive director of I Feel Good (Holdings) plc, Interactivity Group plc (now known as Healthcare Enterprise Group plc) and Newsplayer Group plc (now known as Catalyst Media Group plc). He qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse, London in 1996, before working with Merrill Lynch, London, as a debt analyst. |

| John Cowan has a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry/Ecology). He has worked in the environmental science and technology business in North America and internationally since early 1980 in the areas of project management, compliance assessment, business development and technology development. During 1995/97 he worked with the Hydrodec technology in its early development stages. Before joining Hydrodec in early 2006 he was vice-president of business development for a major engineering/construction firm and prior to this worked ten years for the Dow Chemical Company where he was responsible for the formation, strategic direction, business development and executive management of their environment technology subsidiary in Australia and the Asia Pacific. |

| John, 42, has extensive strategic and hands-on financial management experience in medium and large-scale international companies. His previous experience includes strategic financial management in the quoted Rio Tinto subsidiary Coal & Allied, Senior Finance Executive roles in the construction industry and The Peanut Company of Australia, audit management with KPMG and Financial Controller for Australian Magnesium Corporation. John is currently the sole Director of Reektham Pty Ltd, an accounting consulting company, and was a Director of Stuneap Pty Ltd (the UK subsidiary of The Peanut Company of Australia). He has worked in the UK and Australia and has expertise in US accounting and tax issues. |
