Andrew is the co-founder of Betfair, the world's leading online betting exchange and FTSE 250 constituent, having devised its unique betting exchange model. He was a director of the Betfair Group from 1999 to 2010. He holds board seats at a number of companies and investments in numerous others, with a focus on technology. Andrew joined the Board in July 2011 and also serves on the Board's remuneration and nominations committees.

Alan has 27 years' experience in the financial markets and from 2003 to 2010 he was Global Head of Equities at Cazenove. During this time he was appointed a main board director and was a member of both the executive and operations committees. He helped spearhead the joint venture with J.P.Morgan in 2005 and spent a year as Head of EMEA Cash Equities at J.P.Morgan Cazenove, following the buyout of Cazenove in January 2011 and the ensuing merger of both cash equity franchises. Prior to joining Cazenove he spent significant time at both Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. Alan joined the Board in August 2012 and also serves on the Board's audit committee, nominations committee and remuneration committee.

Chris is a qualified chartered accountant and has more than 20 years' board level finance and management experience of running a range of large, complex international businesses as well as small and medium sized ventures, including a significant period within GE Capital. From 2009 to 2012, he served as Global Chief Financial Officer of PPC Worldwide, a global healthcare business within UnitedHealth Group Inc, a New York Stock Exchange listed company with a market capitalisation of approximately US$60 billion. Chris joined the Board in July 2012 as CFO.

Gill brings with her a wealth of public market experience having served as Investment Director on the main board of Majedie Investments PLC. She also served as a non-executive director of Majedie Asset Management Limited where she played a key role in setting up the UK pension fund management business in 2002 which now manages approximately £4 billion. Since 2010 she has worked as a fund manager at JM Finn. Gill joined the Board in June 2009 and also serves on the Board's audit committee, nominations committee and remuneration committee.

McNamara, Mark - Senior Executive Director
Mark's experience and background are in the engineering technology and environmental services field, providing contracting, project management and technology management services. He managed the construction and subsequent commissioning of the first Hydrodec plant in Australia in 2004. Previously he was employed for ten years by the Clough Engineering group and was responsible for the formation, strategic direction and management of their environment technology and engineering subsidiary. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chemistry). Mark joined the Board in December 2004 at the time of the Company's acquisition of the Hydrodec technology originally as Chief Operating Officer and assumed the role of CEO in August 2005. He became Senior Executive Director in January 2012.

Moynihan, Colin - Chairman
Lord Moynihan is a director of Rowan Companies plc (offshore drilling), Zeropex AS (renewable energy) and Energreen AS (renewable energy). From July 2000 until October 2003 he was Executive Chairman and Chief Executive of Consort Resources Limited and from 2003 until 2007 he was Executive Chairman of Clipper Windpower Europe Limited. Colin was a Member of Parliament in the UK for 10 years serving as Minister for Energy from 1990 to 1992. He was the first Patron of the British Wind Energy Association and a member of the Royal Institute of International Affairs: Energy and Environment Programme Steering Committee.
Colin stood down as Chairman of the British Olympic Association in 2012 after seven years during which he oversaw Team GB's successful performance in the Beijing and London Olympics. He has been a member of the Olympic Board and a non-executive director of The London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games and the Paralympic Games Limited. He is a member of the IOC International Relations Commission and was a Rowing Silver Medallist in the 1980 Olympic Games.
Colin joined the Board and became Chairman in October 2012.

Prior to joining the Board as CEO in January 2012, Ian had spent his entire career with BP plc and held various senior roles in a career spanning 30 years. He held a variety of leadership positions across BP, including Group Head of Strategy & Policy, Business Unit Leader for Commercial Marketing and Distribution in South Africa, Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, and as President and Chief Executive of BP North Africa. He also serves on the Board's nominations committee.
